    When Contacting About a Recipe

    To help us assist you better, please include:

    Response Times

    We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Complex questions may require additional time for research and testing. During holidays or high-volume periods, response times may be slightly longer.

    A Note on Recipe Requests

    We receive many recipe requests. While we cannot fulfill all of them individually, we do keep track of popular requests and consider them when planning future content. If several readers request the same recipe, it becomes more likely we will develop and publish it.
